Dear Sec 1s,

Its been a few days since the sec one camp ended. I am really really proud of all of you for making the effort to attend this camp, to endure through the activities even though all of you were tired.

This is part of NPCC. This camp is not tough and there will be other camps that will be tougher. But know this, that it is the mindset that is most important. If you think the camp is tough, it will be tough. If you think the camp is fun, it will be fun. If you think you can do it, you CAN do it. So it boils down to how you think and what you decide to do.

"People begin to become successful the minute they decide to be."

Many of you have bonded closer with each other after these 3 days of camp. Eating, drinking, running and even sleeping together. Continue to know each other better for NPCC have forged alot of friendships and I am sure it's no different for your squad.

So before I end this post, Let's congratulate Jeremy and Ka yu for being the best camper (remember your assignments), and Group 3 for being the best group. It was a very close fight for both the girls and guys best camper and the instructors had a very hard time to decide. So those who did not get it, do not be demoralized! Continue to strive hard and put in your best during trainings. Know that all of you are a winner for completing your very first NPCC camp.

Please take note that there will be NO TRAINING this coming Friday and saturday, so take this time to rest well, and remember to do your homeworks. Drink more water and take care!
